Pueblo County moved up to 127 from 155 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 3A Southern. The Hornets climbed the ranks as a result of besting Mitchell 50-30.
Harrison fell to Coronado 35-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. GARCIA SAM was a bright spot for the Panthers, as he threw for 141 yards in the defeat.
Harrison's dynamic duo of SAM and GRAVES DARIUS proved to be unstoppable against the Cougars, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Al Melo's team's dynamic duo of SAM and DARIUS proved tough for Coronado to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Andrew Register was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 125 yards on 17 carries as The Classical Academy fell to Bobby Lizarraga's team. Teammate Peter Troupe added to the ground attack by rushing for 35 yards.
SAM put up the best numbers through the air as Harrison fell to the Cougars. SAM's favorite target this week was DARIUS, who caught 5 passes for 76 yards.
DARIUS was the best wideout in the league this week as the Panthers fell to Coronado.
Pueblo County made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,066 from 10,816. The improvement was the result of 50-30 victory over the Marauders last week.
