After a string of five wins, Georgia Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 75-58 bruising from the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors. The Generals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 67-65.
Thad Beckley had a dynamite game for Southwest Georgia Academy, shooting 5-for-7 from deep and almost dropping a double-double on 25 points and nine boards. The dominant performance gave Beckley a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Weston Durden, who posted 21 points.
