Wheatland lost to Big Horn last Friday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Bulldogs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Rams, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted against the Rams since September 12, 2020.

With the victory, Wheatland broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4. As for Big Horn, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Wheatland will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Torrington at 3:00 p.m. on the 19th.
