On Saturday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Tipton beat Cuba 49-45.
It was another big night for Jackson Bailey, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Tipton's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zach Moon, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds.
Tipton now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Cuba, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tipton will be home for the holidays to greet Linn at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Cuba will be home for the holidays to greet Stoutland at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Stoutland has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 377 points over their last five matchups.
