The Rocky Mountain Grizzlies's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight defeat. They took a 61-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Greybull. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Rocky Mountain of the 42-35 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
Several Grizzlies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jacob Bischoff, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. It was the first time this season that Bischoff scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tucker Jackson, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Rocky Mountain dropped their record down to 3-17 with that loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Greybull, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season.
Rocky Mountain didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-50 loss vs. Shoshoni on the 10th. Greybull has also already played their next matchup, a 62-35 win against Wind River on the 10th.
