The Calusa Prep Colts scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Monday. They walked away with  an   85-74  victory over Miami Christian. The  win was familiar territory for Calusa Prep who now have three in a row.
 Miami Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Chris Bravo, who  scored 18 points along with two  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Sebastian Gonzalez, who  scored 18 points along with nine  rebounds and two  steals.
 Calusa Prep pushed their record up to 6-10 with that  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Miami Christian,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 11-7.
 Calusa Prep will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Horeb Christian at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Miami Christian, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Florida Christian at 7:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Florida Christian presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Miami Christian in Florida (Florida Christian is ranked 98th, while Miami Christian is ranked 274th).
