Orchard has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 13 times he's played. Jhett Wells was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Meanwhile, even though Eagle Valley scored an imposing 63 points on Tuesday, Grand Junction still came out on top. Grand Junction narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Eagle Valley 65-63. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Grand Junction has posted yet this season.
Fruita Monument's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Grand Junction, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
