Meanwhile, even though Eagle Valley scored an imposing 63 points on Tuesday, Grand Junction still came out on top. Grand Junction narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Eagle Valley 65-63. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Grand Junction has posted yet this season.
Fruita Monument's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Grand Junction, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
