Rocky Miller continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points. The matchup was his tenth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Apodaca, who scored eight points.
Loving lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Giovanni Ruiz, who scored 12 points. Ruiz hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of James King, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds.
Academy for Technology and The Classics' win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Loving, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
