The Granger Lancers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Cyprus, falling 84-47. Granger has struggled against Cyprus recently, as their match on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
When it comes to explaining why Granger lost, one person who can't be blamed is Stephen Kpaleh. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Gukeisen, who scored five points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cyprus to victory, but perhaps none more so than Koli Fosita, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Beckham Bayles was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.

Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Hunter the next time they take the court. Cyprus will host Hunter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Granger will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
