Yerington won the last time they faced Pyramid Lake and Colby Rowe did his part to make sure it happened again. The Lions blew past the Lakers, posting a 77-39 win with plenty of help from Rowe, who dropped a double-double with 30 points and 14 rebounds. The game was his fourth in a row with at least 21 points.

When it comes to explaining why Pyramid Lake lost on Thursday, don't look at Zeke Davis. Despite the final result, he went 6-for-13 to rack up 17 points and six boards. That was a full 43.6% of the Lakers' points, marking the third time in a row Davis has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Rivers, who shot 71% from the field en route to 10 points and six rebounds.

The victory got Yerington back to even at 1-1. As for Pyramid Lake, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Yerington has already played their next matchup, a 62-45 defeat against Smith Valley on the 5th. As for Pyramid Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 70-22 win against Beatty on the 5th.
