The First Flight Nighthawks will face off against the Manteo Redskins at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manteo took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on First Flight, who comes in off a win.

First Flight's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 20-0 margin over Northeastern. The Nighthawks haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Manteo's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of Holmes by a score of 8-7.

Bailey Dickerson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Bridgett Berry also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

First Flight's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Manteo, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-2.

First Flight took their victory against Manteo in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 7-1. Will First Flight repeat their success, or does Manteo have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
