The Clover Park Timberwolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 33 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Orting 57-24 on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Clover Park, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Kamila Salanoa continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 23 rebounds. The matchup was her eighth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Mekaia Williams, who scored 14 points along with five steals.
Clover Park pushed their record up to 5-3 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46 points. As for Orting, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Clover Park will be playing in front of their home fans against Foss at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Foss comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 19 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. Orting won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Charles Wright at 5:30 p.m. on January 11th.
