Softball Recap: Collinsville Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Collinsville extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 13-11. Everything went their way against the Sylvania Rams as they made off with a 10-0 win. Considering the Panthers have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Sylvania, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-17. The contest marked the first time this season in which they were not able to get on the board.

For Sylvania's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sadie Oliver, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Sylvania has already played their next game, a 14-7 victory against Crossville on the 10th. Hopefully Collinsville paid attention to the Rams' matchup: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
