The Dakota Indians suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Wednesday. They took a serious blow against Orangeville, falling 73-33. Dakota has not had much luck with Orangeville recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Despite the loss, Dakota had strong showings from Peyton Woodsmall, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds, and Bella Keyes, who scored six points along with five rebounds.
Dakota's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-13. As for Orangeville, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-1.

As for Orangeville, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Aquin Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th. Aquin Catholic is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.
