On Tuesday, Humansville took a serious blow against Southern Missouri RUSH, falling 59-30. Humansville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading Southern Missouri RUSH to victory were Lillian Mindeman and Hannah Gibbons. Mindeman scored 15 points, while Gibbons dropped a double-double on 32 points and 12 rebounds. The contest was Gibbons' fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Addie Sims, who scored 4 points along with 6 rebounds.
Humansville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Southern Missouri RUSH, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1.
Humansville will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Hermitage at 5:30 p.m. on December 12th. Hermitage is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Southern Missouri RUSH, they will take on Wheatland at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
