Volleyball Recap: Ritenour Takes a Loss

The Ritenour Huskies came up short against the Ladue Horton Watkins Rams on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Ritenour was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22, 25-21.

Jordan Teoli paced Ritenour's offense, picking up eight kills. Teoli got some help from Micah Weissler and his 16 assists. Teoli also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with James Chan, racking up two apiece.

Ritenour's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ladue Horton Watkins, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Ritenour has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Liberty on the 5th. Ladue Horton Watkins has also already played their next contest (against Fort Zumwalt East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
