Messmer has not had much luck with Lake Country Lutheran recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
It was another big night for Sam Hans, who dropped a double-double on 38 points and 17 rebounds for Lake Country Lutheran. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hans has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Hans, who scored 16 points.
Messmer has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-11 record this season. As for Lake Country Lutheran, they pushed their record up to 5-3 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Messmer will take on Brookfield Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
