After flying high against West Carroll last Wednesday, Bradford came back down to earth. The Red Devils lost 13-4 to the Obion County Rebels on Thursday. The Red Devils' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Jax Richardson was cooking despite his team's loss, firing off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3. Those home runs marked the first that he launched this season. Brodie McDaniel was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases.

Bradford's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Obion County, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 7-9 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bradford will welcome McKenzie at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Obion County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
