Stephen Cannon put up the most passing yards he's had since back in October of 2024 on Friday. He threw for 189 yards and two TDs on only 17 passes.

Cannon and Benedictine will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Westminster at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. The Cadets got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Wildcats thanks in part to Cannon: he threw for 308 yards and one touchdown while completing 73.9% of his passes.
