The DSST: Green Valley Ranch Raptors's game last Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past DSST: Cedar with points to spare, taking the game 61-43. Given DSST: Green Valley Ranch's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 65th, while DSST: Cedar is ranked 221st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. DSST: Green Valley Ranch will take on Manual at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Manual's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. As for DSST: Cedar, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Stargate School at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Stargate School focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 last Thursday.
