Central won the last time they faced Pahokee and Robert Spriggs did his part to make sure it happened again. The Cobras simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Blue Devils 70-43 with plenty of help from Spriggs, who shot 4-for-7 from deep and dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Spriggs is also crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Pahokee lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jonathan Moorer, who posted 12 points. Javian Jones was another key player, putting up 12 points and seven boards.

Central now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Pahokee, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will face off against Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cobras' defense better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 67.8 points per game this season. As for Pahokee, they will square off against Okeechobee at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
