Emmanuel Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Orangeburg Christian Academy. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Crusaders.
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Emmanuel Christian was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15, 25-11.

Emmanuel Christian relied on the efforts of Megan Butler, who had nine digs and four aces, and Addyson Matthews, who hit 60% for six kills and 29 digs and six aces. Butler has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last six times she's played.
They weren't the only good servers: Emmanuel Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 27 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces every time they've taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Community Christian Academy got the win against Jefferson Davis Academy on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.
Community Christian Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 25-19.
Emmanuel Christian's record now sits at 14-3-1. As for Community Christian Academy, their record is now 20-3.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's matchup: Emmanuel Christian has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 21.6 aces per game. However, it's not like Community Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 17.4 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
