Basketball Game Preview: Florida State University High School Seminoles vs. Episcopal School of Jacksonville Eagles

He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Iyran Francis, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.

Florida State University High School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in ten consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, it's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Episcopal School of Jacksonville can now relate to. They received a blow on Friday as they fell 48-34 to the Tigers. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Florida State University High School has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.8 points over those games. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, their loss dropped their record down to 15-13.

Things could have been worse for Florida State University High School, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-41 loss to Episcopal School of Jacksonville in their previous matchup back in January of 2018.
