St. Edward (Elgin, Ill.) on Saturday. The difference for the Warriors was it ran for a touchdown.

Davontae Elam made a difference for the Green Wave. The junior running back ran for one touchdown.
St. Edward's lone touchdown came on a 19-yard run by Elam in the third quarter.
Wheaton Academy had struggled this season, allowing 36.5 points per game.
The victory is a complete turnaround from last season's game between these two teams, which SE took, 40-0.
The loss comes after St. Edward defeated Chicago Christian 43-26 last week. With the win WA extended its winning streak to three games.
Wheaton Academy (3-4) will play a Suburban Christian - Gold game against Chicago Christian next week, while St. Edward (2-5) will take on Marian Central Catholic in a Suburban Christian - Blue game.
