The Earlville Red Raiders can now show off 14 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Monday. They really took it to Woodland for the full four quarters, racking up a 72-39 win at home. With Earlville ahead 40-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Earlville had a senior duo take command as Griffin Cook dropped a triple-double on 21 points, ten rebounds, and ten assists and Ryan Browder scored 25 points along with six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Browder has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Adam Waite, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.
Earlville's victory bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Woodland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-12.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Earlville won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Hiawatha at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th.
