Loomis' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brooklyn Wiese, who scored six points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kinsey Lauby, who scored six points.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Payton Stienike, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Stienike scored a full 42.4% of Brady's points, the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Taryn Stearns, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Loomis is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season. As for Brady, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
