 Mason Hogue made a big impact no matter where he played. He  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Timothy Nott was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one  home run, two  stolen bases,  and three  runs. He has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Braylen Randall, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Seven Rivers Christian was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .481. The last time their  batting average was this high was  back in March of 2024.
Seven Rivers Christian's record now sits at 6-11. As for Fivay, they dropped their record down to 0-17 with the  loss, which was their 19th straight  at home dating back to last season.
