Master's Academy found their leader in underclassman Brooklyn O'Gallagher, who scored 26 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which O'Gallagher has scored at least a third of Master's Academy's points. Sage Smith was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Master's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.
Master's Academy will head out on the road to face off against Evans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Evans will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 484th, while Master's Academy is ranked 188th). As for Calvary Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Tocoi Creek at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. Hopefully Tocoi Creek focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Thursday.
