Clear Springs strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Lake Travis Cavaliers by a score of 2-0. The Chargers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Cavaliers, so the Chargers were just returning the favor.

Kaitlyn DeBondt paced Clear Springs' offense, picking up nine kills. DeBondt got some help from Mady Powell and her 14 assists. Powell was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Clear Springs' record is now 9-0. As for Lake Travis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-2.

Clear Springs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Keller on the 16th. As for Lake Travis, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Amarillo on the 16th.
