Montgomery had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Brenham Cubs with a sharp 13-6 victory. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

Montgomery's win bumped their record up to 15-8-2. As for Brenham, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-9-1.

Montgomery will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cubs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
