After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tidehaven, Boling was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Ganado Indians as the Boling Bulldogs made off with an 11-0 victory. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 9-7 win the Indians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.
Trak Jimenez looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jerrick Garcia, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Parks Macek, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
Boling always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .583. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ganado only posted an OBP of .200.
The victory got Boling back to even at 1-1.
