On Tuesday, Rise University Prep was the victim of a rough 72-46 loss at the hands of Drew.
Drew was led to victory by Kian Chan and Teo Kimball-Directo. Chan scored 23 points along with five assists and four steals, while Kimball-Directo scored 26 points along with six steals and five rebounds. The match was Kimball-Directo's 15th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Bastian Rothenberg, who scored four points along with ten rebounds.
Rise University Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Drew, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7.
Rise University Prep will take on Pinewood at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Drew, they will head out on the road to face off against The Bay School at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
