The Southview Christian Conquerors's game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They took down Rockwell Christian School 63-47. This was a revenge contest for Southview Christian, as the team was forced to settle for a 54-35 defeat when these two played last Friday.
Despite the loss, Rockwell Christian School still got an impressive performance from Tyler Basinger, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Luke Burrell, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Southview Christian's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-12. As for Rockwell Christian School, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-15.
Southview Christian will head out on the road to take on Oak Level Baptist Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rockwell Christian School, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Abundant Life Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m.
