Even though the Cleveland Storm scored an imposing 58 points on Tuesday, the Eldorado Golden Eagles still came out on top. Eldorado took their game against Cleveland 70-58. The win made it back-to-back wins for Eldorado.
Bella Hines was her usual excellent self, scoring 37 points along with five rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Eldorado's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Arndt, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds.
Eldorado's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Cleveland, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eldorado will take on Robertson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Robertson will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Cleveland, they will be playing at home against Organ Mountain at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Mexico (Organ Mountain is ranked 27th, while Cleveland is ranked 32nd).
