3A District 6 recap November 5, 2013
Victory Christian extended the longest winning streak in 3A District 6 this week by beating Prague, 56-6. The win marks ninth in a row for the the Conquerors.
Victory Christian took down the Red Devils 56-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Keats Calhoon threw for 215 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 43 yards in the win.
Victory Christian's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Conquerors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Calhoon has thrown for 2,610 yards and 18 touchdowns this season, while PJ McLachlan has 58 catches for 836 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Beggs takes on Henryetta. As it stands, the Demons are in second, while the Knights are in sixth.
Okmulgee made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,995 from 9,650. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 36-7 victory over Kellyville last week.
