Maplesville has been on the road for five straight, but  on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Verbena Red Devils at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Verbena took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Maplesville, who comes in off a win.
 Last Friday, Maplesville didn't have too much trouble with Billingsley on the road   as they won  53-38.
 Maplesville found their leader in underclassman  Nehemiah McCary, who  dropped  a double-double on 24 points and 16  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  McCary has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jonathan Wilson, who  scored six points along with three  steals.
 Meanwhile, Verbena's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough  75-43 loss at the hands of Loachapoka. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Verbena in their matchups with Loachapoka: they've now lost four in a row.
 Maplesville's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Verbena, they have  been struggling recently, as they've  lost seven of their last eight matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.
 Everything went Maplesville's way against Verbena in their previous meeting  on January 3rd as Maplesville made off with a  34-14 victory. Will Maplesville repeat their success,  or does  Verbena have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
