Charles Henderson won the last time they faced Luverne and things went their way on Tuesday too. Charles Henderson put the hurt on Luverne with a sharp 15-5 victory. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won seven matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Dylan Westberg looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Kellen Stewart and Cooper Johnson did most of the damage at the plate: Stewart went a perfect 3-for-3 with three doubles, two runs, and one RBI, while Johnson scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Those three doubles gave Stewart a new career-high. Trenton Bryan was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Charles Henderson now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Luverne, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Charles Henderson has already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Reeltown on the 27th. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. Luverne will need to watch out since Straughn has now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests.
