The Willows Honkers won the last time they faced the Williams Yellowjackets, and things went their way on Friday too. Willows came out on top against Williams by a score of 29-20.
Jonny Esparza had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 235 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry.
Williams' lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kyden Bowen, who threw for 190 yards and three touchdowns. Jose martinez was another key contributor, picking up 65 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Willows' victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Williams, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-6.
Willows does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Williams is also done with their season.
