La Salette Academy is 0-4 against Danville since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead La Salette Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eamon Martin, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Martin hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was John Brauner, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Danville's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They claimed a resounding 67-40 victory over Bloomington on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Danville has posted since December 1, 2023.
La Salette Academy is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. As for Danville, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.
La Salette Academy took a serious blow against Danville in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, falling 55-15. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point La Salette Academy was down 35-5.
