Jupiter Christian is 2-8 against Benjamin since May of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Eagles will head out to challenge the Buccaneers at 3:30 p.m. Jupiter Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.
Jupiter Christian proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Royal Palm Beach 5-3. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Carter Scott spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on five hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Jupiter Christian is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 1-2 otherwise.
At the plate, Stephen Eusey and Matt Kutsukos did most of the damage at the plate: Eusey went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one double, while Kutsukos went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That double marked the first that Eusey has hit this season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Benjamin, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against Jensen Beach by a score of 9-5 on Wednesday.
CJ Soto made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Soto was even better at the plate, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Johnny Havlicek, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2025. Logan Buchanan was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Benjamin was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jensen Beach only posted a batting average of .231.
Benjamin picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 4-6. As for Jupiter Christian, their record is now 4-2.
Benjamin's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Jupiter Christian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .317. It's a different story for Benjamin, though, as they've only averaged .221. Will they be able to contain Jupiter Christian's hitters?
Jupiter Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Benjamin in their previous matchup back in February of 2025, sneaking past 9-7. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Buccaneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
