The Arcadia Titans won the last time they faced the Saguaro Sabercats, and things went their way on Thursday too. Arcadia walked away with a 58-49 win over Saguaro. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Arcadia.
Arcadia's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jamison Fox led the charge by scoring 11 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Brock Knee, who scored 14 points.
Arcadia's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Saguaro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Arcadia and St. Mary's will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. St. Mary's will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. As for Saguaro, they will head out on the road to take on Marcos de Niza at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
