In what's become a running theme this season, Rock Springs Christian Academy gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They put the hurt on St. George with a sharp 62-40 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rock Springs Christian Academy.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rock Springs Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jase Nichols, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Nichols is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 18 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jason Bates, who scored seven points along with eight assists and eight rebounds.
Rock Springs Christian Academy pushed their record up to 15-2 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.4 points per game. As for St. George's, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.
Rock Springs Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. George's will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th.
