Paradise's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Leading Paradise to victory were Channing Beauvais and Brittan Richey. Beauvais scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks, while Richey scored 19 points along with eight steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Richey has scored all season. Gazey Yates was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six steals.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Paradise, bringing their record for this year to 25-7. As for Pilot Point, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-24.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paradise will take on the Yellowjackets at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for Boyd: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while the Panthers have snatched up five consecutive wins on the road. As for Pilot Point, they will square off against the Wildcats at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Callisburg is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
