After flying high against Coastal Academy last Tuesday, Guajome Park Academy came back down to earth. Guajome Park Academy took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Maranatha Christian on Thursday. It was the first time this season that Guajome Park Academy let down their fans at home.
Guajome Park Academy bumped their record down to 10-2-2 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 5.0 goals per game. As for Maranatha Christian, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2-1.
Guajome Park Academy will head out on the road to take on Army-Navy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maranatha Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Coastal Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
