Montview Top Player Performances of the Week
Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
Dominic Ezeonye Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Wilson got the W thanks in part to Dominic Ezeonye playing the best football he has all season. Ezeonye rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season.
If history really does repeat itself, Ezeonye might just drop another big game when he faces off against Sierra Vista on Friday. When Ezeonye last faced the Dons back in October of 2023, he rushed for 168 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries.
