Luke Bowen made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.
