After losing to Urbana University the last time they met, St. Thomas More decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Sabers never let the Illineks get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Monday. Considering St. Thomas More have won five matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Urbana University with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Leighton Clark, Indiana Mayombo, and Kira A.

St. Thomas More's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three contests. As for Urbana University, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Looking ahead, St. Thomas More will head out to take on Bloomington Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Urbana University, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against St. Teresa at 4:30 p.m.
