The Bremond Tigers will face off against the Meyer Ravens at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday. Bremond will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
Bremond has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 28 points or more this season. They took their game at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 75-25 victory over Evant. 75 seems to be a good number for Bremond as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Meanwhile, Meyer's game on Tuesday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. The game between Meyer and Live Oak Classical wasn't particularly close, with Meyer falling 44-26. Meyer has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meyer's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Skylar Hicks, who scored 11 points, and Isabelle Luna who scored 2 points. The game was Hicks' third in a row with at least ten points.
Bremond's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37 points. As for Meyer, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Bremond against Meyer in their previous meeting back in November as the team secured a 40-7 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bremond since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
