Softball Recap: Armada Wins Going Away Against Peck

Armada won the last time they faced Peck and things went their way on Friday too. The Tigers put the hurt on the Pirates with a sharp 11-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Armada has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Peck, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-4.

Armada will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Pirates: the pair will be back at it again later today.
