First State Military Academy fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against St. Andrew's on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (5-4), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Steven Bright made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-5 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. First State Military Academy is 4-1 when Bright posts two or more runs, but 2-8 otherwise. Alex Bright was another key player, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one run.
